The campus’ Startel system is currently malfunctioning. Anyone in need of emergency assistance should contact UIC Police at 312-355-5555.

The Startel security system is best identified by the 8-foot, blue-light bollards or posts located throughout the public walkways, restrooms, common areas and elevators. Anyone on campus in need of assistance should contact UIC Police via telephone at 312-355-5555 (emergency) or 312-996-2830 (non-emergency).
